Who is Ellingson Solutions?
An owner-operated company in Central Minnesota. We build Operations AI, an assistant wired into the business systems an operation already runs, and we do documentation and knowledge-transfer work: work instructions, SOPs, and training records your own people keep current. Everything we sell has to earn its keep on a real operation before we sell it.
What is Operations AI?
An assistant connected to your ERP, schedules, inventory, and spreadsheets, so anyone can ask a question in plain language and get the answer with the numbers behind it. See how an engagement runs on the Operations AI page.
What kinds of work do you take on?
Operations AI setups and the retainer that keeps them tuned, plus documentation and knowledge-transfer engagements: work instructions, SOPs, and training records built with your team. All of it scheduled and fixed-scope. If you're not sure it's in scope, ask.
Do you service machines, controls, or equipment?
No. We don't take on-site machine repair, breakdown or after-hours response, controls and PLC service, plant-floor OT work, recurring maintenance contracts, or OEM parts and service. Ellingson Solutions sells software and documentation. For anything on the equipment itself, your OEM, your in-house maintenance group, or a local integrator is the right call.
How does pricing work?
Work is quoted as a fixed scope up front, with a monthly retainer where one applies. Travel and materials are billed separately, and you'll always get a not-to-exceed before work begins.
